2016年9月1日起，Attestation of Conformity，簡(jiǎn)稱AoC證書即將強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行；
規(guī)定內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品必須由出口商提出申請(qǐng)辦理好AOC認(rèn)證證書，憑借辦理好的AOC證書再向ANOR申請(qǐng)辦理COC證書。
規(guī)定中的產(chǎn)品到港之后，如果沒有COC證書清關(guān)即將面臨罰款。
Importers of Regulated Product shipments arriving at Cameroon Borders and Ports with a B/L or AWB dated 31st August 2016 onwards without CoCs will face a penalty fee for the clearance of the shipment. It is strongly recommended that Importers should obtain a copy of the CoC from their Exporters before they ship regulated product shipments.
The Regulated Products under PECAE are as follows:
